As of next season, Flexi Season Ticket Members can now use Ticket Transfer up to three times.
Ticket Transfer will open seven days before each match day and allows you to transfer your ticket to another fan if you purchase a ticket but can then no longer attend the match.
Who can I transfer my ticket to?
In order to create more flexibility, Season Ticket Members can select up to three City fans who can receive transferred tickets without requiring a membership.
To transfer tickets to non-Members during the 2025/26 season, you will need to nominate up to three non-Members between 10am, Monday 4th August and 5pm, Monday 11th August. You will not be able to nominate non-members after this window.
How do I nominate my selected non-members?
The steps to nominate your selected non-members will be as follows:
1. Make sure the nominated fan is listed in your Friends and Family. If you need to add them you can do so here. You’ll need their supporter number or email address, and their last name or postcode.
2. Nominate up to three people for “Non-Member Transfers”. During the online journey you will need to assign this to a nominated Friends and Family member. Click here to nominate.
*You can only complete this process once during Monday 4th August to Monday 11th August. Please make sure you include all non-members you may wish to transfer to at any point during the season."
You can then transfer your tickets to these named supporters throughout the season, without them requiring a membership.
Should you wish to transfer your season ticket to anyone else during the season, they will need to be an active Cityzens Official Member. You don’t need to nominate them in the same way as above, but they will need to be named in your Friends and Family.
If you are a disabled supporter with a personal assistant ticket, you are able to transfer your own ticket, and upgrade and transfer your PA ticket should you wish to. You will need to select three different Non Members for the PA ticket as well as for your own ticket. When does Ticket Transfer open?
You will be able to transfer your ticket for Tottenham Hotspur from Friday 15th August.
