If I have a supporter number am I a Cityzens Official Member and therefore able to receive a transferred ticket?

Not necessarily. Cityzens Official Membership is the name of our Official Membership programme (linked here). Any fans with one of these memberships can receive a transferred ticket from Season Ticket Members. 

Should Season Ticket Members wish to transfer a ticket to fans without a Cityzens Official Membership, they can do so by listing them as a Friends and Family Member, further information on how to list can be found here and then assigning them a non-member transfer.
