What is Ticket Transfer?
Ticket Transfer allows Season Ticket Members to transfer their match tickets when they can’t attend a Premier League, Women's Super League or *Cup Match. Transfer opens once the matches have been confirmed.
*Ticket Transfer can be used for Cup Matches, however this is only available to Season Ticket Member on the Cup Schemes. If you're not on the Cup Schemes you will not be able to transfer your Cup match tickets.
From 2025/26 season, Flexi Season Ticket Members can now use Ticket Transfer up to three times.
Ticket Transfer for Flexi Season Ticket members, will open seven days before each match day and allows you to transfer your ticket to another fan if you purchase a ticket but can then no longer attend the match.
Who can you transfer to?
Tickets can only be transferred to Cityzens Official Members or to one of your non-Member Transfer group.
You are not able to transfer your ticket to another Season Ticket Member.
