**The below information applies only to Gold, Platinum and 93:20 Season Ticket Members.
We hope you’re looking forward to returning to the Etihad Stadium.
We want to remind you of some important information about managing your season ticket when you’re not able to attend yourself.
Changes to Ticket Transfer
You will now be able to select up to three City fans who can receive transferred tickets without requiring a membership. You can transfer to more fellow City fans, as well as friends and family with a Cityzens Membership.
To transfer tickets to non-Members during the season, you will need to nominate up to three non-Members between 10am, Monday 4th August and 5pm, Monday 11th August. We will be reopening 2 more nomination windows, one in October and another window in the second half of the Premier League season. More information on both windows will be issued ahead of their opening.
How do I nominate my selected non-Members?
1. Make sure the nominated fan is listed in your Friends and Family.
- If you need to add them you can do so here
- You’ll need their supporter number or email address, and their last name or postcode.
2. Nominate up to three people for “Non-Member Transfers”. Click here to nominate
- During the online journey you will need to assign this to a nominated Friends and Family member.
You can only complete this process once between Monday 4th August to Monday 11th August. Please make sure you include all fans you may wish to transfer to at any point during the season.
If you nominate one or two non-Members then wish to fulfil the 3 nominees, you will need to contact out Fan Support team on 0161 444 1894 where one of the team will be able to assist you with this.
If you are a disabled supporter with a personal assistant ticket, you are able to transfer your own ticket, and upgrade and transfer your PA ticket should you wish to. You will need to select three different Non-Members for the PA ticket as well as for your own ticket. Please contact the Access Team on access@mancity.com or by phone on +44(0)161 444 1894 (option 1, then option 3).
Transferring to a Cityzens Member?
Should you wish to transfer your ticket to anyone else during the season, they will need to be an active Cityzens Official Member. who is linked in your Friends and Family. These friends and family can be in addition to the non-members you’ve nominated above. Find out about our Cityzens Official Memberships here.
Ticket Exchange and CITC Donations
Ticket Exchange is now open for home Premier League matches. You can list your ticket until 24 hours before each match, and listed seats will remain on sale to other fans until three hours before the match.
If your seat sells you will receive 1/19 of your Season Ticket cost back as a refund. If your seat does not sell, you will still be able to attend the match should you so wish, and we will communicate the status of your listed tickets three hours before kick-off.
12 Premier League matches will offer a guaranteed refund – which means you will receive a refund regardless of if it sells, when the seat is listed 10 days or more out from the match. You can also donate your refund for these matches to City in the Community should you so wish.
16 Match Policy
This season, we are asking Season Ticket Members to utilise their Season Ticket for a minimum of 16 of the 19 Premier League home matches. Of these, Season Ticket Members must personally attend at least 10 matches, while they can transfer their ticket or list it on the Ticket Exchange for the remaining matches. Tickets listed on the Exchange that do not sell still count towards ticket utilisation.
This change aims to increase attendance at the Etihad Stadium, while further encouraging all Season Ticket Members to manage their ticket so that one of the tens of thousands of members has the chance to attend when they cannot.
We understand that some supporters might find it difficult to attend ten matches in person. We encourage everyone to see how things go for the first few months of the 2025/26 season, but if you find yourself missing matches or facing challenging circumstances the Access Team are on hand to help.
Manage your August and September matches
Ticket Transfer opens on Friday 15th August for all these matches:
Man City v Tottenham Hotspur (Sat 23 Aug, kick-off: 12:30pm) - Guaranteed Refund match
Man City v Manchester United (Sun 14 Sep, kick-off 4:30pm) - Guaranteed Refund match
Man City v Burnley (Sat 27 Sep, kick-off 3pm)
Travel and Transport
Car parking and Express Buses for Tottenham Hotspur will go on sale at 10am, Friday 15th August and will send more information about Travel and transport for Manchester United and Burnley soon.
