To nominate your non-Member Transfer group, please follow the below steps:
Please note, all non members need to be linked in your friends and family group before you can complete the nominating process. If a non member doesn't have an active Man City account, they will need to register first here, once registered you can then add them to your friends and family group with their supporter number given to them at the end of their registration.
If you process one or two non-Members and then wish to fulfil the three you will need to contact our Fan Support Team on 0161 444 1894 and one of the team will be able to assist you with this.
- Head to My Account on our ticketing website, you may be prompted to log in (subject to whether you were logged in previously). For assistance logging in, click here.
- Once logged in, click ‘Tickets’
- On browser (laptop/pc), Within the ‘Season Tickets’ drop down at the top of the page, click ‘Manage’. On mobile, in the top right-hand corner, click the 3 lines icon, click ‘Season Tickets’ then ‘Manage’ in the drop-down menu.
- You should now see ‘Manage Season Ticket’ and below you will see the non-Member Transfer option. Click ‘buy’ to start the process. Please note you will not be charged for this process.
- Select the number you would like to nominate using the + and – symbols (maximum of 3). If you click more than 3, you will see an error message and will be unable to proceed. Once you have selected 1, 2 or 3, click ‘continue’.
- You will then see an ‘important information’ screen outlining further details on the process.
- Nominate your non-Member Transfer group using the ‘edit owner’ button on each entry. You are only able to nominate non-Members, if you nominate a fellow Season Ticket Member or Cityzens Official Member, you will be unable to proceed.
- Once assigned, click ‘checkout’.
- You can then complete the process and receive a confirmation email of your nominated group.
