Ticket Points
Ticket points alongside a Season Ticket determine when you qualify for away fixtures. The higher the ticket points the earlier you qualify.
For all away matches (and matches played at a neutral venue), regardless of the competition, Ticket Points will not be awarded.
Ticket Points for Season Tickets, Cup Schemes and Match Tickets are as follows.

Flexi Gold Season Ticket Members will receive 10 points for each home league match they purchase tickets for. These points are added after the match in question has been played. Cup Scheme points will work in the same way as referenced above and receive 100 points per scheme.
You do not receive ticket points for Manchester City Women’s Season Tickets or matches.
Discount
To claim your 10% discount on Food & Beverage, simply scan you NFC Season Ticket at the concession.
All Season Ticket Members with an NFC (Near field communication) Mobile Season Ticket or a Physical Season Ticket will receive 10% discount.
If you do not have your Season Ticket downloaded as NFC or a Physical Season Ticket will not be able to claim the discount. This means if your match ticket displays as a QR Code or you have a printed ticket, you will not be able to claim your discount.
A family member has passed away. We would like to retain the Season Ticket in the family, is this possible?
Yes, you can retain the Season Ticket within the family.
Your request must be submitted in writing to mancity@mancity.com, providing the following information:
A copy of the death certificate to close down the current account
Proof you are the next of kin.
The current supporter number and that of the friend or family member you wish to transfer the season ticket too.
These documents can also be brought in person to the Fan Support Office at the Etihad Stadium.
Upon receipt of this information, we will transfer the Season Ticket to the new supporter’s name.
Please note: Any Ticket Points are not transferable. Any Ticket Points attributed to the new sale will be awarded to the new Season Ticket holder, as appropriate.
