Our new mobile Season Tickets can be downloaded twice. This will be particularly helpful for the management of a child's mobile ticket, if they attend with different parents or carers for each match. Now both parents/carers can have a copy of the child's ticket on their device.
Limiting the number of times a mobile ticket can be downloaded helps to stop people from copying or sharing their tickets with others, and keeps your mobile ticket secure.
Can I have my mobile ticket on two devices?
Yes, you can have your mobile pass on two devices, as long as it has only been downloaded twice. However, don't forget that:
You can move it once to a different phone (for example, if you get a new phone, come with a different Personal Assistant or parent each match)
Your pass will only work on one phone at a time.

You can't use the same pass on two phones at the same time.
Why can't I download my mobile ticket more than twice?
This rule helps stop:
People from sharing tickets with friends who didn’t buy them.

Anyone from making copies of a pass to use more than once - it keeps the system safe and makes sure each pass is used by the right person.
I have a new phone, or deleted my ticket by accident. What can I do?
You can download your ticket once more, if you accidentally delete it or have a new phone.
If you need to move it again after that please contact Fan Support for help.
Can I screenshot the mobile ticket, or send it to someone else?
No. Screenshots or sharing the mobile ticket won't work. The mobile ticket is made to work only inside your wallet app on your phone. That’s what makes it secure.
