Step One: Log in to your online account through your mobile internet browser.
- Open Safari or Chrome, or whichever browser you use on your mobile phone, and go to mancity.com/account.
- You may need to sign in, or if you're already logged in you'll be taken straight to your account page.
Step Two: Select "Tickets" then “Membership”.
- Once logged in, select Memberships, which you'll find near the top of your ticketing information page. You may need to scroll from right to left for this option to appear.
Step Three: Choose the Membership pass you want to download.
- You may see more than one membership pass as your friends and family may appear here.
- You will be able to download more than one membership pass (for example, if your attending with someone who doesn't have a mobile device - a child, a PA) however, you can only download one at a time.
- Tap on the tick box next to the membership you want to download.
- Hit the Download button
Step Four: Download to an Apple or Google device
- A new page will open, showing two options - download to your Apple Wallet (if you have an iPhone) or Google Wallet (if you have an Android phone).
- Choose the correct option for your phone.
Step Five: Complete your download!
- Follow the on-screen steps to save your membership to your mobile wallet.
While you’re in your mobile wallet...
- Make sure that any old membership pass has been removed or expired - click here to find out how.
- Enable automatic updates, so your ticket is ready ahead of each match.
Other information about your mobile Membership pass
- You must download your new mobile membership pass before you arrive at the Etihad, so that you can enter through our newly upgraded turnstiles.
- You must be in the same City Family Group to download another supporter’s pass or ticket.
- Membership passes can only be downloaded twice. You can read more about this here, and if you need help, contact Fan Support.
- Block and row numbers may look different to last season, but don’t worry – your seat hasn't changed. As part of the stadium expansion, we’ve re-labelled levels, blocks, and rows. Your physical seat remains the same.
Downloading for Friends & Family
- You will be able to download on behalf of a member of your Friends & Family group only if:
- You are strongly linked on Friends & Family
- You must download each Season Ticket one by one (selecting multiple in one attempt will not work)
Troubleshooting
- Once you've downloaded your pass - it you head to the wallet app and cannot find your mobile pass, in the first instance, please check 'expired passes' - if the pass still doesn't appear, please contact Fan Support.
- "Pass Download Locked": If you see this message, remove the old pass from any other device. If you can’t, please contact the Fan Support Team
