Beyond Trust Screen Sharing is a service which allows our Fan Support team to view a fans mobile phone or computer screen. Where fans maybe struggling to process something through their online account our Fan Support agents will be able to view the fans screen and guide them to the correct place on the website or app to allow them to complete their transaction.
‘View Only’ mode is the only mode available whilst participating in a screen sharing session. This mode is more secure for Fans and Fan Support Co-agents to ensure they only access content they should see such as the official Man City website or a Fans Man City account.
