How do I manage my Friends and Family?
You can add new Friends & Family in the 'My Friends & Family’ section of your online ticketing account.
To add a supporter with an existing Man City account to your Friends & Family, you will need to know either their Email Address or Supporter Number, and either their Last Name or Post Code.
To add a supporter who does not have a Man City account, they will need to register here. Once an account has been created you can add them to your Friends & Family, with either their Email Address or Supporter Number, and either their Last Name or Post Code.
How do I Strongly Link Friends & Family?
To Strongly Link a supporter, simply select ‘YES’ when adding them to your Friends & Family. At this point you are able to 'register' a new supporter if they currently do not have an account, you will then be linked on Friends & Family with the new supporter.
How do I Strongly Link someone who is already in my Friends & Family?
If a supporter is already in your Friends & Family but not Strongly Linked, you must first remove them from your Friends and Family in the 'My Friends & Family’ section of your online ticketing account. Select Manage My Relationships and delete the relevant supporter.
You must then create a new relationship with this supporter and select ‘Yes’ when asked if you wish to be Strongly Linked to Family & Friends.
Once complete, you will see a star next to the supporter’s name in the ' My Friends & Family’ section of your online ticketing account.
RELATIONSHIP TYPES
There are two ways you can be linked to another supporter: as Friends & Family, or as Strongly Linked Friends & Family.
Below is a summary of the actions a supporter can take on behalf of another supporter based on their relationship type.

For example, if you would like to renew a family member’s Season Ticket, you can only do this if you are Strongly Linked with that supporter.
In the ' My Friends & Family’ section of your online ticketing account, you will know if you are Strongly Linked to another supporter by the STAR next to their name.
