To update your name or date of birth, complete this form by selecting 'My Account' and then 'I want to update/change my contact or personal details.'

Unsubscribe from Newsletters or Emails

If you only wish to unsubscribe from certain newsletters or email subscriptions, please visit the preference page within 'My Account'

How to Log in to Your Ticketing Account:

1. Click the login button in the top right corner.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. If you can’t remember your email address, you can log in using your supporter number.

Creating a Junior Account (Under 13 years old)

To create an account for a child under 13, you must already have an account yourself. If you need to create an account for yourself please register here. Once you have created an account, or if you already have one, head to My Ticketing Account. On the Welcome page under the 'My Friends & Family' section, select 'Manage my Relationships' then 'Create a Relationship' and follow the on-screen instructions. This will automatically add the account to your Friends & Family.

The function to login using Facebook, Amazon, Google & Apple has now been removed.

To sign up please use your email address. If you have signed up with one of the above methods in the past please use the email address registered to these accounts (Facebook, Amazon, Google & Apple) to log in.
