How do I donate my ticket to City in the Community?

Ticket donation to City in the Community is only available to Season Ticket Members for 12 matches in the 2024/24 season. You can see which matches you can donate HERE.

Please note: donating your ticket is irreversible, once the ticket has been donated it cannot be cancelled or reclaimed so please take this into account when donating.

To donate your ticket, follow the below steps:

1) Log in HERE and click 'Tickets' along the left hand side menu bar.

2) Within the 'Tickets' tab you will see all of the matches within your Season Ticket. Select the match you would like to donate and click 'DONATE'.

3) You will then see the below message, you will see your seat details and the value being donating. Once you have reviewed this, click 'OK'.

4) This is the final step of the donating process. Once you click 'OK', the ticket will be donated and you cannot get this ticket back. You will receive a confirmation email and the funds will be donated to City in the Community directly.
