1. To change your Direct Debit details:
- Contact Fan Support: Call Fan Support, and they will update your bank details for you.
- Important note: If you update your bank details within 7 days of your payment being due, you will need to make a manual payment for that upcoming payment. Your next payment will be taken automatically from the updated bank details.
2. To change the date of your Direct Debit:
- Choose your preferred date: You can set your Direct Debit to be taken on either the 1st or 15th of the month.
- Call Fan Support: Contact Fan Support to change your payment date.
- Payment adjustment: If your payment for the current month hasn't been processed yet, you might need to make a manual payment for the upcoming instalment. Your future payments will be automatically taken on the new date.
3. If your bank cancels your Direct Debit mandate:
- Notification: You will be notified by email if your Direct Debit mandate is cancelled.
- Rectify the issue: You will need to contact Fan Support to resolve the issue and find out when the mandate needs to be processed by.
- Manual payment: If a payment is missed due to the cancelled mandate or if the next payment is due within 7 days, you will need to make a manual payment for the instalment.
4. To pay off your Direct Debit in advance:
- Call Fan Support: If you want to pay off one or more of your instalments, you need to call Fan Support and make the payments manually.
In all cases, contacting Fan Support is necessary for updating your details or making adjustments to your Direct Debit plan.
