To change the date of your Direct Debit:
1/ Choose your preferred date: You can set your Direct Debit to be taken on either the 1st or 15th of the month.
2/ Call Fan Support: Contact Fan Support to change your payment date.
If your payment for the current month hasn't been processed yet, you might need to make a manual payment for the upcoming instalment. Your future payments will be automatically taken on the new date.
