You can update the card details assigned to your Cityzens Official Membership, by logging into your online account on the ticket website and following the below steps;
- Log in to your online account here
- Select ‘My Account’
- Select ‘My Ticketing Account’
- Click ‘Memberships’
- Click ‘Manage my Membership’
Please note, you can only update your card details 30+ days ahead of renewal online. If your renewal is due in 30 days or less, you must update your card details by contacting Fan Support.
Your membership will expire on the last day of the renewal month.
