How do I find out when my Cityzens Official Membership is due to renew?

You can see when your membership is due to renew by looking at your online account on the ticket website:

• Log in to your online account here
• Select ‘My Account’
• Select ‘My Ticketing Account’
• Click ‘Memberships’
• Click ‘Manage my Membership’

Your membership will expire on the last day of the renewal month. 

You will also get a reminder email that your membership is due to renew approximately 30 days before your renewal date.
