How do I remove my Cityzens Official Membership from automatic renewal?

To remove your membership from auto-renewing, please follow the below steps;

• Log in to your online account here
• Select ‘My Account’
• Select ‘My Ticketing Account’
• Click 'Memberships'

• Once within the 'Memberships' tab, click the tick box circled on the image above, once highlighted you will be able to click 'Manage My Membership' which is also circled 
• Ensure the 'Enroled' tick box is unticked and press 'OK' in the bottom right corner of the page

• Once you have clicked 'OK' your membership is no longer on automatic renewal
