Season Ticket Members who list their ticket on the Ticket Exchange will receive a guaranteed refund for five Premier League matches in 2026/27 - regardless if their ticket is bought by another fan or not.
The five guaranteed refund matches include our Premier League matches at the Etihad Stadium against Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool.
Refunds are granted to Season Ticket Members who list their seat on the Ticket Exchange no later than 10 days before each of the five matches.
