How do I list my ticket on the Ticket Exchange?

Season Ticket Members can list their ticket on the Manchester City Ticket Exchange by following these steps.

Listing your ticket on the Ticket Exchange is slightly different depending on whether you're using a computer or a mobile device.

Mobile

1/ Log into your Manchester City account.

2/ Click on the 'Tickets' tab.

3/ Select the game you would like to exchange.

4/ Click resale request at the bottom of the screen.

Web 

1/ Log into your Manchester City account.

2/ Click on the 'Tickets' tab.

3/ Tick the game you would like to exchange.

4/ Click the ‘Exchange’ button.

5/ Click the ‘I want to list this seat for sale’ button. Then click ‘continue.’

6/ Select your payment details using the dropdown box. Then click ‘Ok’ to list your ticket for exchange.
