Ticket Exchange allows Season Ticket members to sell their seat for matches they cannot attend.

Ticket Exchange is available exclusively to season ticket members for home Premier League and Women’s Super League matches.

How Ticket Exchange Works

You can list your ticket for sale three weeks before the match.

If someone buys your ticket, you will receive a fraction of your season ticket price. Refunds are sent to your UK bank account after the match.

• Gold & Platinum members receive 1/19th of their season ticket price per match.
• 93:20 members receive 1/22nd of their season ticket price per match.
• Women’s season ticket members receive 1/11th of their season ticket price per match.

Should your seat be sold, the funds for this match will be paid directly into your UK-nominated bank account is typically 15 days, although this can take up to 45 days.

Guaranteed Refunds 

We guarantee refunds for 12 selected men’s Premier League matches every season, regardless of whether your ticket sells or not. You must list your ticket at least 10 days before the match.    

We will remind you which matches you can receive a guaranteed refund for in a ‘Manage Your Games’ email. You will keep your points for the match even if your ticket is sold
