If you would like to add a fan in your Friends & Family list to your Managed Friends & Family list, you must remove the fan from your Friends & Family list.
You can then re-add the fan in the 'Friends & Family section of your online account.
When you are adding the fan, you will have the option to select the ‘Managed Friends & Family’ tick box.
