When you add 'Managed' Friends & Family members to your list, you become part of a Group that allows you to manage tickets for everyone within that Group. You can only belong to one Group.
You may already have 'Managed' Friends & Family members (formerly Strongly Linked) in your account. Just look for the 'Managed' tag after each fans’ name.
