Your ticket will be sent as a mobile ticket via email or available to download from your online account.
Step One:
Open the email we sent with your mobile ticket and transfer confirmation.
Make sure to open it on your mobile phone – not a laptop or tablet. Tickets can only be downloaded to a mobile device.
Step Two:
Tap ‘Download Ticket’ in the email. This will open a browser where you can choose to download to either Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android).
You'll need to click the link above, it will then open an external browser on your phone, where you can select to download for either apple or android;
Step Three:
Follow the on-screen steps to save your ticket to your mobile wallet.
To download your mobile ticket from your account, simply follow the steps below:
Step One:
Log in to your online account using your mobile browser.
Step Two:
Go to ‘Tickets’ at the top of your ticketing page.
Step Three:
Tap on the tick box next to the ticket you want to download. Click the ‘Add To Mobile’ button
Step Four:
A new page will open with two options: Apple Wallet (for iPhone users) or Google Wallet (for Android users).
Step Five:
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the download and save your pass to your mobile wallet.
