How do I transfer tickets?

Follow the steps below to transfer your ticket to another fan.

The process for transferring tickets is slightly different depending on whether you're using a computer or a mobile device.

Web

1. Log in to your Manchester City account.
2. Click on the 'Tickets' tab.
3. Tick the game you would like to transfer.
4. Click the ‘Transfer’ button.
5. Select the person you want to transfer your ticket to in your Friends & Family group. Then click ‘Transfer Ticket’.
6. Review the transfer details. Then click ‘Checkout’.
7. Select how you would like to transfer your tickets using the dropdown box. Then click ‘Next’.
8. Select ‘Submit’ to transfer your ticket.

Mobile

1. Log in to your Manchester City account.
2. Click on the 'Tickets' tab.
3. Select the game you would like to transfer. Then click ‘Transfer’
4. Select the person you want to transfer your ticket to in your Friends & Family group. Then click ‘Select Recipient’.
5. Review the transfer details. Then click ‘Transfer 1 Ticket’.

If you are transferring your ticket to a different age group (e.g. concession to adult), you’ll need to pay the price difference.
