Follow the steps below to transfer your ticket to another fan.
The process for transferring tickets is slightly different depending on whether you're using a computer or a mobile device.
Web
1/ Log in to your Manchester City account.
2/ Click on the 'Tickets' tab.
3/ Tick the game you would like to transfer.
4/ Click the ‘Transfer’ button.
5/ Select the person you want to transfer your ticket to in your Friends & Family group. Then click ‘Transfer Ticket’.
6/ Review the transfer details. Then click ‘Checkout’.
7/ Select how you would like to transfer your tickets using the dropdown box. Then click ‘Next’.
8/ Select ‘Submit’ to transfer your ticket.
Mobile
1/ Log in to your Manchester City account.
2/ Click on the 'Tickets' tab.
3/ Select the game you would like to transfer. Then click ‘Transfer’
4/ Select the person you want to transfer your ticket to in your Friends & Family group. Then click ‘Select Recipient’.
5/ Review the transfer details. Then click ‘Transfer 1 Ticket’.
If you are transferring your ticket to a different age group (e.g. concession to adult), you’ll need to pay the price difference.
