Before you get started:

Make sure the non-members you want to nominate are added to your Friends & Family group. Non-members must also create a free Manchester City account.

You can only nominate non-members during specific windows in the season. The next window opens in October, with another later in the season. Your non-members cannot be changed unless there are exceptional personal circumstances.

How do I nominate my non-member transfer group?

1. Log in to your Manchester City account
2. Click Tickets. On desktop: Click Season Tickets > Manage. On mobile: Click Menu (three lines) > Season Tickets > Manage.
3. Click Manage Season Ticket > Non-Member Transfer > Buy. You won’t be charged.
4. Choose how many non-members you want to nominate using the +/– buttons. You can select a maximum of 3 people. You can then click ‘Continue’.
5. You will then see an ‘Important information before you continue’ screen. Click continue to basket.  
6. Nominate your non-Member Transfer group using the ‘edit owner’ button. You are only able to nominate non-Members – not season ticket members or Cityzens Official members.
7. Finally, click ‘Checkout’ to finish. You’ll receive a confirmation email.
