You can relocate your Season Ticket seat by following the below steps.
Please note, if you would like to relocate a Family & Friends seat that was purchased separately to yours, they will need to sign in and process through their own online account.
1. Go to ‘Season Ticket’ in the ‘My Account’ section and select the Season Ticket you want to relocate.
Then click the ‘Relocate Seat’ button on the right-hand side.
2. Use the drop-down menu to select the block you want to relocate to. It will be auto filled to your current block.
3. All available seats in that block will appear blue, select the seat you want (you will see a tick on the seat once selected) and click ‘OK’.
4. Review your order – you will be able to see your old seat this will be greyed out and your new seat which will written in blue.
To the right you will see any price differences, please double check these before click ‘CHECKOUT’.
5. Next select your payment method (this will be the original payment method during renewals), ticket the terms and conditions box and submit.
6. For confirmation you have relocated your seat successfully, you will see the below on your screen. Shortly followed by a confirmation email.
