What is the Club's 4 match policy for Women's Season Ticket Members?

We understand not everyone can attend all 11 Women’s Super League home matches.  

For the matches you cannot make, we ask that you use our Ticket Exchange or Ticket Transfer services which allow other fans, friends, and family members to enjoy the action. 

Season Ticket Members must attend, list or transfer their ticket for at least 4 home Barclays Women's Super League matches.  

What happens if I don't meet the 4-match policy?

If this criteria is not met, you may not be able to continue to use your Season Ticket or renew for the following season.

You will be deemed to have ‘used’ your Season Ticket for a match if you take one of the following actions:

• You attend the match and have your Season Ticket scanned on entry to the stadium
• You transfer your ticket to another City Fan
• You list your ticket on the ticket exchange (open until 6 hours before kick-off)

Tickets listed on the Exchange that do not sell still count towards ticket utilisation.
