I am a Man City Women's Season Ticket Member, how do I claim the Hat Trick Pack?

Man City Women's Season Ticket Members can claim the Hat Trick Pack by following the below steps:

1) Click HERE to log in to your online ticketing account.

2) Once logged in, you will see your Name and Supporter Number in the top left corner of the page

3) Within the drop-down menu at the top of the screen, click 'Season Tickets' and within the drop-down you will see 'Buy Hat Trick Pack'

4) Click 'Buy Hat Trick Pack' and you will be taken to the below page, press 'BUY' to view the Etihad Stadium seating plan. Please note: as a Season Ticket Member you will not be charged.

5) Once you have clicked 'BUY', you will see the seating plan, please select a seat and click 'add to basket'. The price will be set to £0 so no payment details will be taken.

6) Once you have completed the above, you will receive a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email.
