There are several reasons that you may be having issues when trying to download your Mobile Ticket.
- The match date has passed
- The ticket has been cancelled or refunded
- The ticket has been made inactive
- The ticket has been relocated
- The ticket has been regraded
We recommend if you already have the pass downloaded in your mobile wallet, that you remove the pass first before trying to download the new pass. Our guide on how to remove a mobile pass can be found here.
