The email address on your Google Wallet must match with the Google Mail (GMail) email address otherwise it will not download to the correct wallet.
To check what the email address is on your Google Wallet:
- Open the Google Wallet app on your mobile device
- Click the icon in the top right corner
- Your email address will be displayed once you have pressed the icon.
