How to renew your Cityzens Official Membership?

There are 2 ways to renew your Cityzens memberships;

1.Manually renew online. 

You can also renew manually online, before your end date if you would like to change your membership type, change your welcome gift, or update your card details.

2. Automatic renewal.  

Your membership will automatically renew on or just after the membership end date with payment being taken from the original card you purchased this with. 

How to select between the voucher and the pack if your membership is set to auto-renew?

When your membership auto-renews, you will automatically be given the Official Online Shop Voucher, but you do have the option to choose the membership pack.

If you would like to receive the membership pack instead of the voucher, then you need to follow the below steps:

• Login to your online account
• Navigate to ‘Memberships’ in the navigation menu at the top of the page
• Click ‘Buy Now’ on the same membership type as your existing membership
• Click ‘Renew’
• Follow the steps to add to basket and checkout. During this process you will be able to make your selection between the voucher and the membership pack. Please note: additional charges will apply for the pack.

Please be aware you must do this within 30 days before your auto-renewal date if you wish to select the pack.

How to update your card details for your auto-renewal

You can update the card details assigned to your Cityzens Official Membership, log into your online account and follow the below steps. 

• Log in to your online account here
• Select ‘My Account’
• Select ‘My Ticketing Account’
• Click ‘Memberships’
• Click ‘Manage my Membership’

Please note, you can only update your card details 30+ days ahead of renewal online. If your renewal is due in 30 days or less, you must update your card details by contacting Fan Support.

You can also see on this page when your membership is due to renew, however, you will also get a reminder email that your membership is due to renew approximately 30 days before your renewal date. 

How to remove your Cityzens Membership from the automatic renewal service

To remove your membership from auto-renewing, please log on to your online account, go to the memberships tab and follow the below steps;

• Once within the 'Memberships' tab, click the tick box circled on the image above, once highlighted you will be able to click 'Manage My Membership' which is also circled 
• Ensure the 'Enroled' tick box is unticked and press 'OK' in the bottom right corner of the page

• Once you have clicked 'OK' your membership is no longer on automatic renewal
