How do I use my Official Cityzens Membership Voucher?

How will you receive the voucher?

Your voucher will be sent to the email address associated with your account 15 days after you purchase your membership. If you haven't received it after 15 days, please contact us.

How do you use your voucher?

• Vouchers must be redeemed online at shop.mancity.com, by inputting the code from your voucher email into the promo code box during checkout. 
• The voucher must be used in full. If you don’t spend the entire amount, the remaining balance cannot be used.
• Your voucher will expire on the same date as your membership. For example, if your membership expires on December 31st, the voucher will expire on the same date.

What can you use my voucher for?

You can use your voucher on any product at shop.mancity.com, including sale items. It can’t be used in-store, but it can be applied to Click & Collect items for pickup at the Etihad Stadium Store.

What to do if your voucher doesn't work?

If your voucher isn’t working, please contact Fan Support.

Can you use your 10% City Shop discount alongside the £15 Official Online Shop Voucher?

Yes, you can redeem your 10% City Shop discount alongside the voucher in the same transaction.

Can international members choose the Official Online Shop Voucher?

Yes, international members can choose the online voucher.

The voucher will be offered in the below currencies: 
GBP £15 / Canadian Dollars $25 / Australian Dollars $29 / US Dollars $18 / Euros €17

 
You will be offered the currency of the country linked to your membership account. If you live in a country where the currency isn’t GBP, CAD, AUD, or EUR, you will be given US Dollars. The vouchers can only be redeemed in the currency you have been allocated, so a £15 voucher cannot be used against an order being paid in US Dollars.
 

You bought the membership for someone else. Can you gift the voucher?

Yes, the voucher is not specific to your account, so you may share the code with the person you purchased it for.
 

Can you use multiple £15 Official Online Shop Vouchers for 1 transaction?

No, you can only use 1 online shop voucher per transaction.
 

What happens to your voucher if your membership expires?

The voucher will be cancelled or will expire on the same day as your membership.
