Cityzens Official Membership Pack

When you purchase a membership, you will receive one of two welcome gifts in your Cityzens Membership pack.

What’s included in the Cityzens Membership packs?

• Cityzens Matchday, Cityzens Membership, and Cityzens Junior Membership (13-17): These packs include an official members scarf and an Etihad Stadium street sign.
• Cityzens Junior Membership (0-12): These packs include an official members stacker lunch bag, a water bottle, and an Etihad Stadium street sign keyring.

How to update your delivery address

If you need to change the delivery address for your membership pack, you can do so within 14 days of purchasing. Here’s how:

1. Log into your online account here.
2. Select ‘My Account’.
3. Select ‘My Ticketing Account’.
4. Choose ‘Edit Details’.
5. Update your address and click ‘Save’.

If you miss the 14-day window, contact the Fan Support Team for assistance.

Delivery times

Once the 14-day cancellation period ends, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery within the UK, and up to 6 weeks internationally. If your pack hasn't arrived by then, please contact Fan Support.

In the meantime, you can enjoy other benefits, such as priority access to match tickets (for Cityzens Matchday and Junior Members), a 10% discount at City Shop (online and in-store), and exclusive offers from the Club.

Delivery Charges

• Orders within the UK have no additional charges.
• If your order is being delivered outside the UK, you may need to pay customs and duty fees upon arrival. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. To find out more, check your country’s customs policy.
