Manchester City uses mobile tickets as the standard method of entry for matches and events at the Etihad Stadium and Joie Stadium.
This means that plastic season cards, paper tickets and print-at-home tickets are no longer issued as standard.
Mobile ticketing supports secure stadium entry and allows supporters to manage tickets through features such as Friends & Family, ticket transfer and Ticket Exchange.

I have used a plastic season card before. Can I have one again?
Plastic season cards are no longer issued as standard to previous cardholders. This is because the club has moved to mobile ticketing as standard.
A plastic access card may be considered where it is required as a reasonable adjustment because of a disability or long-term health condition that significantly affects someone’s ability to use a mobile ticket. Requests are considered individually.
I have a disability or long-term health condition. What support is available?
We recognise that mobile ticketing may create barriers for some disabled supporters.
If your disability or long-term health condition makes it substantially difficult for you to access or use a mobile ticket, please email the Access Team (access@mancity.com). Please explain the barrier you experience and any support you require. We will consider what reasonable adjustment may be appropriate.
