Most iPhones have NFC (Near Field Communication) built in and enabled by default.
There is no manual setting to turn it on or off. The only exception is the iPhone 5s, which does not support NFC.
To use mobile tickets at the Etihad Stadium on an iPhone:
- Make sure you have the Apple Wallet app installed.
- Your device must be running iOS 12 or newer.
