Make sure you have registered with your Official Supporters Club. Your personal assistant needs to be signed up to the branch too so a ticket can be requested for them out of the allocation.
If you have a specific accessible requirement that cannot be met via the seating allocation (i.e a wheelchair bay is needed or more suitable seating) then your branch lead will need to contact the club directly.
