If verification fails, you can try again after 24 hours. Your account will not be affected in the meantime. If you receive an error message:
- Make sure you are completing the process on a mobile device
- Take a screenshot or note the error code
- Contact Fan Support through the “My Account > Verifying my Account” support form
This will help us investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the issue relates to duplicate accounts, we can help identify and merge them so you can complete verification successfully.
