Can I choose between an online voucher or Membership Pack when my Membership auto-renews?

Yes. You will automatically be given an online voucher when your Membership auto-renews, However, you can choose the Membership Pack.

If you would like to receive the Membership Pack instead of an online voucher, follow these steps:

1/ Login to your online account

2/ Navigate to ‘Memberships’ in the navigation menu at the top of the page

3/ Click ‘Buy Now’ on the same membership type as your existing membership

4/ Click ‘Renew’

5/ Follow the steps to add to basket and checkout. During this process you will be able to make your selection between the voucher and the membership pack. Additional charges will apply for your Membership pack.

If you wish to select a Membership Pack, you mist make your selection within 30 days before your auto-renewal date.
