What is an Official Membership Pack?

Junior Members and Premium Members can select an Official Membership Pack when purchasing their Membership! 

Membership Packs contain the following gifts: 

Junior Membership (0-12): Junior Membership Packs (0-12) include an fleece bucket hat, scarf and Etihad Street Sign. 

Junior Membership (13-17): Junior Membership Packs (13-17) include an fleece bucket hat, scarf and a keyring. 

Premium Membership: Premium Membership packs include a premium ribbed scarf, hat and keyring.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery within the UK and up to 6 weeks internationally. If your pack hasn't arrived by then, please contact Fan Support.

In the meantime, you can enjoy other benefits, such as priority access to match tickets, a 10% discount at City Shop (online and in-store), and exclusive offers from the Club.

Orders within the UK have no additional charges. If your order is being delivered outside the UK, you may need to pay customs and duty fees upon arrival. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. To find out more, check your country’s customs policy.
