Can I choose between a Voucher and Membership Pack when my Official Cityzens Membership auto-renews?

Yes. When your membership auto-renews, you will automatically be given the Official Online Shop Voucher, but you can choose the Membership Pack.

If you would like to receive the Membership Pack instead of the voucher, follow these steps:

1/ Login to your online account

2/ Navigate to ‘Memberships’ in the navigation menu at the top of the page

3/ Click ‘Buy Now’ on the same membership type as your existing membership

4/ Click ‘Renew’

5/ Follow the steps to add to basket and checkout. During this process you will be able to make your selection between the voucher and the membership pack. Please note: additional charges will apply for the pack.

Please be aware you must do this within 30 days before your auto-renewal date if you wish to select the pack.
