You can stop your Official Cityzens Membership from auto-renewing by following these steps:
1/ Click into the 'Memberships' tab in your account.
2/ Click the tick box circled on the image below then click 'Manage My Membership'.
3/ Untick the 'Enroled' box and press 'OK' in the bottom right corner of the page.
4/ Once you have clicked 'OK' your membership is no longer on automatic renewal.
