What are the Cityzens Official Membership Welcome Gift options?

You can choose between a membership pack or a £15 voucher to spend at the City online shop.

Can you select multiple Cityzens Official Membership Welcome Gifts when purchasing multiple memberships?

You can only pick one welcome gift for all the memberships in the same order. If you want different gifts for each membership, you’ll need to make separate orders.

How to claim your 10% discount online or in-store

• Online: Log into your supporter account while shopping at the City store, and the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

• In-store: Show your mobile membership pass at the till, and the discount will be applied.

   

How to claim your 20% Stadium Tour discount

• Online: Log into your supporter account when booking the tour, and the discount will be added automatically at checkout.

• By phone: Call the Tours team, and the discount will be applied once you provide your supporter number.

   

Junior Members: How to claim your Free Stadium Tour

Junior Members can claim a free tour online by logging into their supporter account. When you add an adult tour ticket to your basket, the discount will automatically apply for the junior member.

If you're claiming a tour for more than one junior member, you'll need to complete each request in a separate order.
