Devices that are not NFC compatible
If your device is not NFC compatible, we ask you to contact your club to make them aware of this and they can guide you on what you can do ahead of matchday.
On matchday any supporters whose devices are not compatible with NFC must bring either a valid photo ID or a photo of their photo ID to the South Box Office (dedicated for away fans). ID must match the name on the ticket for entry, and we will then be able to issue a paper ticket
