Your mobile pass can be downloaded on two devices.
This is especially helpful for managing a child’s ticket if they attend matches with different parents or carers.
Both can have a copy of the ticket on their own phone. Please note:
- You can move your pass to a different phone once. For example, if you get a new phone or attend with a different parent or Personal Assistant.
- Your pass will only work on one device at a time.
What if I get a new phone or accidentally delete my ticket?
You can download your ticket again if you’ve changed phones or deleted it by mistake.
