Gold, Platinum and 93:20 Season Ticket Members need to use, list, transfer, or donate their ticket to City in the Community for at least 16 home Premier League games in the 2025/26 season. This includes personally attending at least ten Premier League matches at the Etihad Stadium during the 2025/26 season.
Flexi Season Ticket Members must purchase their match ticket at least ten times, but can transfer it to their Friends and Family on up to three occasions.
Your Season Ticket will be counted as “used” if you:
1/ Attend the match and have your ticket scanned at the stadium
2/ Transfer your ticket to another City fan
3/ List your ticket on the Ticket Exchange (up to 24 hours before kick-off)
4/ Donate your ticket to City in the Community
If you don’t meet the requirement of personally attending at least 10 matches and utilising 16 in total, your seat renewal may be offered as a Flexi Season Ticket.
