What is a Flexi Season Ticket?

A Flexi Season Ticket is a 'pay-as-you-go' option which reserves your seat in the stadium for the whole season, allowing you to purchase your match ticket three weeks before each match. 

As of 2025/26, there is no subscription fee for this Season Ticket. Instead you pay a deposit which you earn back each time you buy a ticket for the matches you want to attend.

How many matches do Flexi Season Ticket Members need to attend?

Flexi Season Ticket Members must purchase and attend a minimum of 10 Premier League matches over the course of the season.

Can I use Ticket Exchange or Ticket Transfer?

Yes, Flexi Season Ticket Members can transfer up to 3 matches per season.

Fans can decide whether to purchase their seat up to three weeks before each match. If you've purchased a seat but later can't attend, you can request a refund up to seven days before the game.

Ticket Exchange cannot be used by Flexi Season Ticket Members.

Is my seat guaranteed for each home match?

Yes, your Flexi Season Ticket includes the same guaranteed seat for every home Premier League match you choose to attend.

When and how do I purchase match tickets?

You can purchase your seat during the dedicated Flexi sales window at the Flexi price. If that window closes and you still wish to attend the match, you may be able to buy any available seats at the Cityzens Matchday Member price, subject to availability.

What if I can’t attend a match?

No action is needed. Simply allow the sales window to pass, and your seat will be resold to another fan. You won’t be charged for that match.

Can I join the Cup Schemes?

Yes. Flexi Season Ticket Members can join the Season Ticket Member Cup Scheme(s) during the purchase or renewal process, or anytime via "My Account".

Joining guarantees a ticket for every home match in the respective competitions.

If you choose not to join, you'll still have priority access and pricing on a match-by-match basis, just like other Season Ticket Members not enrolled in the Cup Schemes.
