How do I use NFC?

• To redeem your £10 credit on Food & Beverage, simply scan your NFC Mobile Season Ticket at the NFC scanner at any Food & Beverage kiosk.
• All Season Ticket Members with an NFC Mobile Season Ticket or a Physical Season Ticket will receive the credit.
• If you do not have your Season Ticket downloaded as NFC or a Physical Season Ticket will not be able to claim the credit. This means if your match ticket displays as a QR Code or you have a printed ticket, you will not be able to claim your credit.

What if I don't have NFC?

Which items can I redeem?

• You can redeem your £10 credit at any Food & Beverage kiosks. You can select any items on the menu.

What is the total value of the credit?

• Each Member will receive a one-time £10 credit. This can be used on one or multiple transactions. Please note, Season Ticket Members will continue to receive a 10% discount for all transactions.

When can I use the £10 Food and Beverage credit?

• The credit will be redeemable at any home match at the Etihad Stadium until the end of March 2025, starting with Man City v Salford City. The credit can be used at any time of the respective matchday, in line with concourse opening times.

What if there are any issues with my order or my credit doesn’t work?

• Please contact our dedicated Fan Support department who are on hand to help.

Can I use both mine and my Family & Friends Season Ticket passes in one transaction?

• No, you can only scan one Season Ticket pass per transaction. If you are a family group we recommend you process separate transactions in order for you all to be able to claim your £10 credit.

Can I use my credit at the Joie Stadium?

• No, this offer only applies to Men's games only at the Etihad Stadium.

Will this work if I have used Ticket Exchange or Ticket Transfer?

• No – this discount is only available to Season Ticket Members who are attending the match at the Etihad Stadium themselves.
• If you have transferred your ticket to someone within your Family & Friends group they can not use their match ticket to claim this credit.
• Don't worry if you are not attending the Salford City match, as Season Ticket Members can redeem this credit at any men’s home match at the Etihad Stadium until the end of March 2025.
