- Go to the Website: Open your mobile browser and go to: mancity.com/tickets
- Log In: Tap the silhouette icon (top-right corner).
- Select 'My Ticketing Account' and log in with your details.
- Find Your Membership: Once logged in, tap 'Memberships' from the menu.
- Download to Your Wallet: Tap 'Download' to add your Cityzens Membership pass to your Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android).
Important Information:
- Requesting a new link from the club: If you need to request a new link from the club you will need to remove your old pass from your wallet first. Once you have removed this you can then request a new link.
- City Family Group: You must be in the same City Family Group to download another supporter’s ticket.
- Your match ticket will be loaded to your Cityzens Membership Mobile Pass. Should the ticketing criteria for a match allow fans to purchase more than 1 ticket, your ticket will be loaded to your Membership pass, the additional tickets will be sent to you as Mobile Tickets.
If you are unable to download:

"Maximum Passes Issued" Error: If you see this message, remove the old pass from any other device. If you can’t, please contact the Fan Support Team

New Device?: Check your Expired Passes folder in Apple Wallet (for iPhone) if you can't find your ticket, the ticket may been found there.
Google Wallet Info:
- Make sure the email address linked to your Google Wallet matches the one used for your Manchester City account.
- If you receive an error stating that the 'pass is saved to a different account', Google provide this guide on how to recover your account. It is possible that you have Google accounts where the pass has been downloaded to.
- This will either give you the opportunity to access your mobile Season Ticket, or remove the pass from the wallet, we can then send you a new link to download to the correct account.
How to Remove a Ticket:
- Apple Wallet: Open the Wallet app, tap the ticket, then tap the three dots and select 'Remove Pass'.
- Google Wallet: Open the app, tap the ticket, and select 'Remove'.
