Season Ticket Members
If you're a Season Ticket Member, you can use the Ticket Exchange, Ticket Transfer, or CITC Donation options on your account for matches you can’t attend.
Season Ticket Members are required to use their ticket, list on the ticket exchange, transfer their ticket or donate their ticket to City in the Community for at least 14 home Premier League matches in the season. If this criteria is not met, Season Ticket Holders will not be able to renew their Season Ticket for the following season.
Cityzen Members
If you have purchased tickets for an individual match, you can get a refund up to 7 days before the match by filling out this form. The refund will be processed automatically within 30 days.
Refund Restrictions
Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the match is scheduled to take place. Requests made within 7 days of the match will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
The refund request form must be submitted by the lead purchaser of the tickets. The refund will apply to all tickets purchased in the transaction, including Kids Fanzone tickets and Car Parking tickets, if applicable.
Please note, tickets purchased with a Cityzens Matchday or Junior Membership are non-transferable.
Rescheduled matches
Some matches may be rescheduled due to TV broadcasts or cup competition changes. If this happens, all ticket holders will be notified and can request a refund up to 7 days before the new match date and time.

Fixture Changes: Premier League fixtures may be amended throughout the season due to reasons such as live TV broadcast selections or the need to accommodate domestic and European cup competitions. As such, all fixtures are advertised as subject to change.
