How do I access my match tickets?

Season Ticket Holders

Your match tickets are loaded to your Mobile Season Ticket Pass at the start of the season. Your Mobile Pass can be downloaded from 'My Ticketing Account' as shown below.  

Your pass will show your next match and will automatically update throughout the season. 

Cityzen Matchday or Junior Members

Your match tickets will be loaded to your Official Matchday or Junior Membership mobile pass. This can be downloaded from 'My Ticketing Account' as shown below. You will then need to select 'Memberships' within your ticketing account to locate your Membership Pass.

How to load your tickets to your Membership Pass?

Once you have selected your seats and assigned owners in your basket, you will be presented with the below screen. You will need to select 'load to mobile passes' and click the 2nd drop-down to choose your mobile pass. 

Press NEXT, then your Mobile Membership Pass will be updated in your mobile wallet.

You will only see one match on your Cityzen Official Mobile Membership Pass as the pass displays the next match you have, following that match, your pass will update to show the next match you have purchased.

Your Mobile Membership Pass will look like the below image once it is downloaded and a match ticket has been bought and loaded to the pass.

If your Cityzens Matchday Membership pass is blank (not displaying the next upcoming match) after you have downloaded it, do not worry. Your tickets will be loaded to the pass in advance of your first home match of the season, and will update in between each match to show the next match you have purchased.
